Dr. Jaber A. Khan

Dr. Jaber Khan was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He obtained his B.S. from the University of Michigan and went on to receive his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his training in family practice at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Khan in board certified in Family Medicine. He began practicing at White Oak Family Physicians, PA in 1997.

Dr. John F. Redding

Dr. Redding was born and raised in Asheboro. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Howard Redding and the grandson of the late Dr. John O. Redding, Jr.A graduate of Davidson College and The Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Dr. Redding completed his residency training at the Carilion Health System in Roanoke, Virginia, where he was a chief resident. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and a member in good standing of the American Academy of Family Physicians.He is married to Dr. Becca Redding and they have two daughters, Maggie and Elizabeth.

Dr. Lynley S. Holt

Dr. Lynley S. Holt was born in Thomasville, Georgia. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Her medical training was completed at Mercer University School of Medicine located in Macon, Georgia. She completed her residency at Lynchburg Family Medicine in Lynchburg, Virginia. Dr. Holt is Board certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Lynley S. Holt is married to Jared Slack and they make their home in Asheboro, North Carolina.

Dr. Christopher M. Street

Dr. Christopher M. Street was born in High Point, North Carolina and raised in Randleman, North Carolina. He completed his undergraduate studies at Wingate University located in Wingate, North Carolina. He completed his medical training at East Carolina University located in Greenville, North Carolina and then completed his residency at the Moses H. Cone Family Medicine Program located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Dr. Street is board certified in Family Medicine. He began practicing at White Oak Family Physicians, PA in August of 2016.

Dr. Jennifer E. Burgart

Dr. Jennifer E. Burgart was born in Lynchburg, Virginia. In 1994 she completed her undergraduate studies at Old Dominion University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In 1998 she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Christopher Newport University located in Newport News, Virginia. Dr. Burgart completed her medical training at Eastern Virginia Medical School located in Norfolk, Virginia in 2002. From 2002- 2005 Dr. Burgart received residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, NC. In 2007 she completed her residency in the Family Medicine Residency Program at Lynchburg Family Medicine located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Dr. Burgart specializes in Family Medicine and joined White Oak Family Physicians, PA in November of 2018.

Sarah Routh, FNP

Sarah Routh, FNP joined White Oak Family Physicians, PA in April 2018. Sarah is an Iredell County native, born and raised in Statesville, North Carolina. In her spare time she enjoys running, skiing, and traveling. Sarah’s professional interests include women’s health and that of the entire family. Sarah received both her RN-BSN and her MSN at Gardner-Webb University located in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. She completed her RN-BSN in May of 2014 and herMSN in May of 2017. Sarah is married and has two boys.

Amy Dickinson, PA-C

Amy Dickinson, PA-C was born, raised and currently resides in Asheboro, North Carolina. She
completed her undergraduate studies in kinesiology at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in May 2020. She received her PA-C from High Point University in August of 2023.
In her spare time Amy enjoys skiing, riding ATVs, playing volleyball, and spending time with
her family. Amy joined White Oak Family Physicians, PA in December of 2023.
