To avoid duplication of prescriptions and unforeseen drug interaction, PLEASE BRING TO YOUR DOCTOR ALL MEDICATIONS YOU ARE TAKING AT THE TIME OF YOUR VISIT.

If you become ill and cannot wait for the normal appointment process, please call the receptionist before coming into the office. The receptionist will check for any available appointments. Inform the receptionist as to what type problem you have so that the appropriate time may be allowed for you. Should an emergency or situation arise where immediate treatment is necessary, every effort will be made to work the patient in at the earliest possible time.
