Dr. Khan was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He obtained his B.S. from the University of Michigan and went on to receive his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his training in Family Practice at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Khan is Board Certified in Family Practice. He began practicing at White Oak Family Physicians in 1997.

He is married to Terri Otto Khan, who is a nurse practicing in the Triad region.
